Registration

  • The conference is open to REACH alumni, current participants, faculty, and invited guests. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, please contact conference@thereachinstitute.org.

  • Click the “Register Now” button on this site to complete your registration.

  • Event registration is $100 and includes attendance for both days of the event, as well as light bites and drinks at the Friday evening reception, breakfast on Saturday, and lunch on Saturday.

  • Refunds are available until four weeks before the conference, minus the credit card processing fee. For assistance with refunds, please send an email to conference@thereachinstitute.org.

  • We are unable to offer scholarships.

Event Details

  • The conference will take place in Midtown New York City. The exact location will be shared with registered attendees.

  • Friday, September 25: Welcome Cocktail Reception, 6:00 – 8:00 PM

    Saturday, September 26: Alumni Conference, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Yes! Continuing education credits will be available for Saturday’s sessions. We’ll keep you updated as we have more information. 

  • Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend both days of the conference. If you are unable to do so and would still like to attend one day, please email conference@thereachinstitute.org to see what options are available.

Travel & Accomodations

  • Yes! We have arranged a discounted room block for conference attendees. Visit the Travel page for details and the booking link.

  • Parking is not available at the venue, but there are several nearby parking garages:

    • Rockefeller Center Parking, 53 W 48th St, New York, NY 10020

    • Icon Parking, 57-59 W 53rd St, New York, NY 10019

    • Metropolis, 140 W 51st St, New York, NY 10020

  • New York City is served by three major airports: John F. Kennedy International (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), and Newark Liberty International (EWR). All three offer public transit and rideshare access to Midtown Manhattan.
